Welma Bleil

Welma was born in São Paulo, Brazil, where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She then moved to England to learn English and met her American husband. After 2 years in Cambridge, England they moved to the US, to Boston, MA at first, then settled in  San Diego, CA , starting a family and resided in that city for over 15 years. The family relocated to Tampa, Florida, in 2003. Welma started working as office manager for a private adoptions and surrogacy agency. For 10 years, beyond accounting and other office work, Welma was involved in drafting legal documents for Adoption and Surrogacy, as well as coordinating and being a liaison between the pregnant women and the adopting Couples, as well as Surrogates and their Intended Parents. 

Since 2014 Welma has been with The Law Offices of Robert T. Terenzio, working as an Assistant to Robert Terenzio. Loving her work in helping families to grow makes life quite enjoyable. She says "It is a good feeling to go home knowing that I had a small part in the process.”

Welma is a proud vovó (grandma in Portuguese) and spends as much time with her grandsons as she can. Besides work and kids, Welma is active in an organization dedicated to help the people in Haiti’s Cité Soleil. Working to help people is Welma’s passion, it keeps her young at heart.
